Yes, we love pets! After all, our mascot is a smart cat! 😸
However, big dogs who have a tendency to jump and bark at house guests need to be safely crated while we are in the house to avoid any incident, injury or damage to our property. -

We’re excited to grow our team in Calgary. Applicants should have native‑level Canadian French, a bachelor’s degree, an agreeable and professional demeanor, access to a vehicle, and availability for in‑home visits a few afternoons and evenings per week. You must also be comfortable working in family homes and able to provide a vulnerable‑sector background check.

Yes! We can help with French homework. Please note that homework support uses part of the lesson time, and our main focus remains French language arts. We can also assist with social studies and science (as long as it’s in French) when needed.

Yes! We provide all tutoring materials, including printed exercises, presentations, and audio/video resources. Everything is included in the hourly rate. Families only need to supply basic items like pencils and erasers.

Yes, we do! We’re happy to work with homeschooled students. Please note that we don’t offer group lessons—each student must book their own one‑on‑one lesson(s).

We currently offer in‑home lessons on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (from am 10 am to 8 pm), and on Saturday mornings. There are no in-home lessons on Thursdays, Fridays, or Sundays. Start times vary based on travel distance and road conditions. Online lessons may be scheduled at different times than our in-home lessons.
Our last weekday lesson begins at 7:00 pm, and Saturday lessons begin at 8:45 am. We encourage families to secure a consistent time slot.

Due to allergies and health considerations, we cannot offer lessons in homes where cigarette, marijuana, or vape smoke—or lingering odors—are present.

We focus on tutoring practical, French skills rather than preparing specifically for TEF or TCF exams. You are more than welcome to reach out for French lessons.

French is a challenging language, and every student progresses at their own pace. As with any skill, improvement depends on consistency and effort. Adding even one extra hour of French per week can make a meaningful difference. While we don’t guarantee specific results, most students see noticeable progress within 6–12 months of regular lessons.

Our main focus is young learners from kindergarten to grade 12, but we’re happy to consider older students as well.
For safety and professional boundaries, we require that another adult or guardian be present during lessons for all children and adult learners. This policy applies regardless of gender and helps ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.

Yes, but only if both students are at a similar level. Otherwise, they’ll both need their private, one-on-one lesson. We will adjust pricing/time accordingly.

We require an adult or a guardian to be at home during our tutoring lesson for our safety and the safety of your child. We will not enter a home if only the child is present.
